Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with blinknride, operated by Sami Ismail, Linienstraße 119, 82041 Oberhaching, Germany ("we", "us"), via blinknride.com. Our Store is aimed at consumers.

2. Contract

The presentation of products in the Store is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate email or ship the goods. The contract language is English.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable statutory VAT for deliveries within the EU. Shipping is free. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in the destination country. You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver worldwide. Delivery times are stated in our Shipping policy and on the product page.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We grant a 30-day withdrawal and return period. Details are in our Returns & right of withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8. Product use

Please read the included instructions before use. The LED turn signal is an additional visibility aid. It does not replace attention to traffic, lights required by law, or hand signals where they are required.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
