Shipping policy
Free shipping. Every order ships for free to all 50 countries we deliver to. There is no minimum order value. You can see at checkout whether we deliver to your country.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 10–15 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Asia, Middle East, South America, South Africa & India: 12–22 business days
On average, orders arrive in about 14 days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary, for example during holidays or because of customs.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are charged by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
